FABULOUS FAMILIES

This multi-generational workshop connects families. The Families Project has been created as a way for any combination of family groups (grandparents and their grandchildren/ aunties and nieces & nephews / young child and parent /adult children and aging parent) – to work together on a project. This program has its own special magic. Working in a small group (maximum of 5 teams), each family team works together to write and illustrate one 32 storybook –creating what is sure to become a treasured legacy. We provide a wide range of creative activities, introduce you to a variety of illustration techniques and help you to structure your story. The From Storyboard to Print™ process gently guides the storytelling team through the creative steps of storytelling for publication. Teams are provided with a workbook, storyboards, creative activities and drawing and writing challenge. l Small group (Max 10 participants 5 family groups of 2) 8 x 2 hour sessions You will be supplied with the Incubator Fabulous Families pack containing tools you will need to do this course and inspiration galore! In a few short weeks your story will develop from an idea to a print ready book. . Working alongside each family team, our designers will create a professional layout and book cover for the book.
